Q: Can flowers be sent by post? A: Absolutely! Wherever you are in the West and East Malaysia, we can deliver to your hand. Q: During posting process, are there any chance to break / spoil the flowers? A: For the time being, we have no customer complaints that the flowers are broken when the parcel received. This is because we do not used recycled cartons, all the boxes are brand new and specially customised. Therefore, we put a lot of effort to protect the flowers when it comes to post. Q: What if I received and found damaged / broken flowers? A: If you receive any damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we will give you a refund or reissue. Kindly check the goods immediately when you received the parcel. Any damaged to be found more than 3 days from the date received, we will not accept your request for refund or reissue. Q: Is there free shipping? A: No at the moment. All postage charges are paid to the courier / logistic company. Q: How much is the postage cost? Is there a calculation of SST? A: West Malaysia shipping for small carton box is RM17 (volumetric weight less than 5kg). Large carton box is RM25 (within 5kg-10kg volumetric). East Malaysia needs to be counted according to postcode individually. All courier/transport services are currently in place with an 8 percent service tax (covered by us), our postage rates remain the same at the moment. Q: How many days can I get it after post? A: The general express delivery in West Malaysia is 2-5 working days and East Malaysia 3-7 working days. If you are lucky enough, it's possible to send it by today and receive it by tomorrow. Q: Is there same day delivery available? A: Yes, once order placed, your order will be ready within 4 hours. You may arrange Lalamove / Grab at your own once the order is ready for collection. Note: If you need urgent parcels to be shipped, kindly notify us! Of course, the postage for urgent parcels will be higher than the usual postage. If not, we will handle it in normal parcels. Q:请问花材能邮寄吗? A:绝对可以!全马每一个角落,甚至是漂洋过海到东马的我们都能邮寄到您手上。 Q:邮寄过程会弄坏花材吗? A:暂时我们没有顾客投诉收到的花材是烂不成形的。因为 我们不会用回收纸箱邮寄,箱子都是全新和特别定制。在邮寄方面我们为了保护花材也会特别下功夫。 Q:如果收到了还是有损坏的花材呢? A:如果收到有损坏的,可以告诉我们,我们会退款或补发。前提必须是收到货后请马上验货,超过3天没有投诉,我们将认为是花材没有问题。之后有损坏一概不受理。 Q:请问包邮吗? A:不包。真的包不了。因为收取的邮费都是全数给快递公司的,我们没有赚取任何费用。再强调一次,我们都是用定制全新的纸箱邮寄。 Q:请问邮费多少呢?有计算SST吗? A:西马邮寄一般小包RM12(体积重量少于5kg)。大包RM17 (体积重量5kg-10kg以内)。东马邮寄,需要个别按照邮区编号来计算。 即便目前所有快递/运输服务都已经实施了8%的服务税(这个我们已经承担下来了),暂时我们的邮费还是保持不变。 Q:邮寄后多少天能收到? A:西马一般快递是2-5个工作天,东马3-7工作天。如果足够幸运的遇到给力的啊棒 ,今天寄明天收到也是有可能发生的。 Q:请问有当天配送服务吗? A:有的,下单之后,订单会在4小时内完成配货。订单完成后,我们会即刻通知您。您可以自行安排Lalamove或者Grab。 注:如果需要加急处理的包裹,请另行通知!当然加急的包裹邮费一定会比一般邮费高。如果没有特别嘱咐是急件,我们将以普通包裹处理。
